Nation’s No. 1 PG for 2020 class has Maryland in final five

The Terrapins are still in the running to land the top point guard for the 2020 signing period.
Daishen Nix is a five-star recruit and one of the top basketball talents in the country. Listed at 6-foot-5 and 205 lbs., Nix is an electric, do-it-all athlete. He is rated the No. 1 PG and No. 14 player overall nationally for the 2020 class.
Nix sent out a tweet Monday evening, officially unveiling his final five schools. Maryland made the list, along with UCLA, Kentucky, Alabama, and Kansas. Some of the schools Nix eliminated include Washington, Marquette, and Arizona:
