Another addition to Ross-Ade Stadium should be ready to go by the time Purdue plays its first home game on Sept. 7 against Vanderbilt.
On Monday, Alan Karpick of Gold and Black Illustrated tweeted out video of the new ribbon board that has been added to Ross-Ade Stadium during the summer months. It’s one aspect of ongoing projects Purdue has taken on to improve its stadium and football experience.
The ribbon board was undergoing some testing, as the 2019 season approaches.

It’s nothing too exciting from West Lafayette, but it’s a new look that fans should appreciate.
The ribbon board is just one of a handful of changes to Ross-Ade Stadium ahead of the upcoming season. Purdue is also putting the finishing touches on the Tyler Trent Student Gate, which will also make its debut this season.
