Everything about Jonathan Taylor’s numbers through the first two games is pretty ridiculous. Somehow, he looks even better than the running back who piled up over 4,000 rushing yards in his first two seasons with Wisconsin.

There’s one stat in particular, though, that is absolutely absurd.

FOX College Football tweeted out the ridiculous stat that Taylor has scored a touchdown on every five touches this season. The Wisconsin running back has scored eight times this year, touching the ball a total of 40 times — 35 carries and five receptions.

Safe to say that’s a pretty good ratio.

Through two games, Taylor has racked up a B1G-best 237 rushing yards and 65 receiving yards. He’s scored four touchdowns and hit over 100 yards one the ground in each of Wisconsin’s first two games.

The Badgers are 2-0, beating USF (49-0) and Central Michigan (61-0).

Winning the Heisman Trophy as a running back has become harder to do in this age of college football, but Taylor is well on his way to breaking the B1G’s drought and bringing the greatest individual honor back to Madison.
