We’re only two weeks into the college football season, but we’ve already seen some surprising performances from unsuspecting teams, and some disappointing efforts from squads expected to do big things this fall.
Earlier this week, FOX Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt took a look around the sport and found five teams that he feels people have been sleeping on early in the year. Two of those are out of the B1G.
Despite both teams being ranked inside the top 20, Klatt believes that Wisconsin (No. 5) and Michigan State (No. 4) are two that aren’t getting enough attention. The Badgers have outscored their first two opponents 110-0 and Michigan State’s defense has held opponents to -6 rushing yards through two games.
Yes, it’s early, but both teams appear to be division competitors after two weeks.
