Chris Ash offers update on Rutgers QB McLane Carter
Rutgers had to go away from quarterback McLane Carter in its game against Iowa on Saturday due to a concussion.
Scarlet Knights coach Chris Ash gave an update on Carter on Monday, ahead of the upcoming game against Boston College.
Ash said that Carter remains in concussion protocol and is day-to-day and has not practiced yet:

Carter has not practiced, but Chris Ash to have him Tuesday.

If Carter is out for Boston College, as Josh Newman tweeted above, Artur Sitkowski will get the start. Sitkowski, a season ago, started for Rutgers as a freshman and threw for 1,158 yards and 4 TD compared to 18 INT.
Rutgers-Boston College is scheduled for a noon kickoff on Saturday, Sept. 21 at Rutgers with the game being televised on BTN.
