Week 4 was an intriguing one in the Big Ten.

Three in-conference matchups took place. Wisconsin routed Michigan, Michigan State easily took care of Northwestern and Nebraska-Illinois went down to the wire. The Huskers, though, won 42-38.

Defensively, one could say Nebraska did not show up. Offensively, a bit of a different story. Although, Nebraska did have four turnovers to try and navigate through.

Freshman running back Wan’Dale Robinson did not have any of those turnovers. Robinson did, however, have a coming out party. He hadn’t scored as a Husker in his first three games, but game four was much different.

Robinson had 27 touches that went for 168 total yards and 3 TD. After the game, coach Scott Frost talked up his freshman quite a bit:

Frost knows the kind of talent Robinson has. After all, he recruited him for a reason.

And just four games in, it’s starting to pay off.

Nebraska hosts Ohio State on Saturday for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff.
