Ohio State CB Jeffrey Okudah gets two picks in opening quarter at Nebraska

Ohio State-Nebraska is in prime-time Saturday night.

The whole college football world is watching to see what Scott Frost is doing with the Huskers in Year 2 and if a magical upset can take place. Everyone knows about Nebraska’s offense and how good quarterback Taylor Martinez can be.

However, through the first quarter of the game against the Buckeyes, it’s been Ohio State’s defense that he controlled the game. In particular, cornerback Jeffrey Okudah has been making plays.

Two in particular stand out, as both were interceptions in the first 14 minutes of play.

Here is the first, which was a nice diving play by the future NFL defender:

And then the second one may have been a bit lucky. But, right place, right time. Right?

Okudah legitimately was defending another receiver and then slipped on this play. He just had to watch the ball come to him to make this second INT.
