Those hoping to see an instant classic from Lincoln on Saturday night are going to be really disappointed, barring some sort of miracle.

Ohio State is absolutely destroying Nebraska through the first two quarters of the game, taking a 38-0 lead into the locker room at halftime. The Buckeyes were just an 18-point favorite heading into the contest, but have looked like the best team in the country on the road against the Huskers.

The Buckeyes finished the first half with 378 yards compared to Nebraska’s 76 yards. Adrian Martinez completed just two passes in the first 30 minutes, but threw three interceptions.

Justin Fields, on the other hand, completed 10-of-15 passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns. He also has one rushing touchdown in the game. J.K. Dobbins has 114 yards through two quarters.

Ohio State is well on its way to a 5-0 start and a 2-0 start in B1G play. A few weeks ago, The Buckeyes registered a 51-10 victory over Indiana. Nebraska will (likely) drop to 3-2 on the year.
