Purdue’s 2019 football season hasn’t gone according to plan.
The Boilermakers have had a couple explosive offensive performances, but through five weeks of the season, the team sits at 1-3 overall. And on Saturday, Purdue not only lost to Minnesota 38-31, but lost multiple players to injury as well.
Quarterback Elijah Sindelar and wide receiver Rondale Moore left action on the same play in the second quarter and had many fans worried. Also, OL DJ Washington sustained an injury as well.

On Monday, coach Jeff Brohm updated people on the latest:
Few teams have been hit harder by the injury bug than @BoilerFootball.@JeffBrohm provides the list of guys out for Week 6 ⬇️. pic.twitter.com/eQxAnj4AAP

Brohm said that he will find out more later today on Moore. The coach looked a bit defeated giving the news, which is understandable.
Again, at times Purdue’s offense looked like it could put up points in a hurry when fully healthy. However, this team is nowhere near being fully healthy and it is only Week 6 of the college football season.
Purdue travels to take on Penn State on Saturday, Oct. 5.
