Vegas releases opening spreads for Week 7 B1G matchups

Week 7 is upon us with another full slate of action in store!
Coming out of Week 6, the race for the conference is shaping up. According to ESPN’s FPI, the race is essentially a three-team contest at this point between Ohio State, Wisconsin, and Penn State. An upset could change that in a heartbeat, but all three teams look good at this point.

The Buckeyes will be idle in Week 7, but the Badgers and Nittany Lions will face tough conference opposition. For Wisconsin, they welcome Michigan State to Madison. Penn State will hit the road to take on Iowa in Iowa City.
As we settle into a week of preparation, here are the opening spreads for all the Week 7 action, including a B1G West showdown between Nebraska and undefeated Minnesota. Spreads are courtesy of Vegas Insider:
- Indiana (-25) vs Rutgers
- Michigan (-19) vs Illinois
- Minnesota (-7) vs Nebraska
- Maryland (-5.5) vs Purdue
- Wisconsin (-11) vs Michigan State
- Penn State (-4) vs Iowa
