Ohio State did not pick up a win in Week 7 as it was a bye week, but the Buckeyes secured a nice commitment Sunday evening!
This time, Ryan Day’s Buckeyes officially added a commitment from four-star DB Ryan Watts. Listed as a CB out of Little Elm, Texas, Watts recently decommitted from Oklahoma and had a host of offers from Power 5 schools around the country.
According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Watts is the No. 19 CB nationally and the No. 41 player out of the state of Texas for 2020. Listed at 6-foot-2.5 and 187 lbs., Watts has the prototypical size to be a difference-maker at the next level.
