When you look at the lines from Vegas for Week 8 in the B1G, you can tell there’s quite the talent gap between opponents this weekend. Only one spread is within one score, and four of the six games have a three-touchdown spread or higher.

There could be a lot of sloppy football in the B1G. Or, we could see a massive upset, one that nobody saw coming. Hey, it could happen.

Before we show our hands for this week, here’s a look back at last Saturday’s results. Kevin Cunningham was the only one to go above the .500 mark last week, putting us all to shame.

  • Connor O’Gara: 3-3 (35-25)
  • Paul Harvey: 3-3 (33-27)
  • Dustin Schutte: 2-4 (30-30)
  • Kevin Cunningham: 4-2 (26-34)

The biggest game of the week is No. 16 Michigan taking on No. 7 Penn State in what could be a deciding game in the B1G East down the road. It’s by far the most intriguing matchup on the schedule. On paper, not many other games are too appealing, but as every coach in America would say “that’s why you don’t play the games on paper.”

Here’s a look at the Week 8 picks from our Saturday Tradition crew:
