Maryland QB on teammates knowing OSU’s Chase Young: ‘I don’t know if they know how to stop him’

Chase Young is the star defensive lineman at Ohio State that everybody is talking about. He’ll be a top three pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.
He’s leading the country in sacks right now and is on a pace to potentially break the NCAA’s single season record. He’s that good.

Where did he go to high school?
DeMatha Catholic, which is in Hyattsville, Maryland.
Ohio State faces Maryland this week and thanks to Young attending DeMatha, some of the players on the Terrapins’ roster know or know of the Buckeye stud. Maryland QB Josh Jackson is a transfer from Virginia Tech. He comes from the state of Michigan.
Jackson doesn’t know the area like some of the other Terrapins.
So, with the Maryland-Ohio State matchup occurring on Saturday, Jackson was asked about if teammates had insight about playing against Young:

Yeah, that’s the issue. Jackson doesn’t know if he people know how to stop him. And, realistically, they don’t. Nobody’s been able to stop Young. Maryland can, however, double and triple team him at times and try to take him out of the game as much as possible.
That’s all you can do.
But ask Wisconsin how good Young is. All the future NFL first round pick did against the Badgers was rack up one sack in each quarter (yes, he finished with four sacks in the game).
Maryland-Ohio State will be televised on FOX at noon ET on Saturday. The game will be played in Columbus, Ohio.
