Justus is one of 20 semifinalists and one of just three former semifinalists vying for the award. Justus, a fifth-year senior, has made all 12 of his field goals this season and is one of just seven kickers in the country to accomplish the feat. He is also 34-of-35 on extra points in 2019.
For his career, Justus is 27-of-30 on field goals and 66-of-68 on extra points. He is ninth in Indiana history in terms of scoring.
The winner of the award will be announced on Dec. 12 on ESPN at the Home Depot College Football Awards Show.
