James Franklin calls Indiana 'a good football team,' provides update on KJ Hamler for OSU game
Penn State’s season has been successful to this point. It hasn’t gone unbeaten in its first 10 games, but after defeating Indiana 34-27, the team is 9-1.
It will be ranked in the College Football Playoff committee’s top 10 once again, and it will have a chance at a marquee victory at Ohio State next week.

After the Nittany Lions’ seven-point victory over the Hoosiers, coach James Franklin spoke with the media. He talked about how Indiana is only getting better with coach Tom Allen leading the way:

He then talked about wide receiver KJ Hamler, who is arguably the team’s most electrifying play-maker on offense that missed the final three quarters against Indiana after landing on his head/neck area on a kickoff return:

It sounds like Penn State is optimistic about Hamler’s return for next week’s game at Ohio State. That matchup, of course, will be a massive one.
If Hamler can be back for the Nittany Lions, it only adds to their chances at pulling what would be a road upset over a top-four team.
