Lamar Jackson has wrapped up his college career at Nebraska, but he is still confident in the direction of the program under head coach Scott Frost.
For his career, Jackson has 120 total tackles and five interceptions to go along with three forced fumbles. Jackson also posted 22 passes defended. Unfortunately, Jackson finishes his career with three straight years without a bowl game.

Following Friday’s late loss to Iowa, Jackson remained confident that Nebraska is knocking on the door of turning a corner. He claimed the Cornhuskers won everything but the score against the Hawkeyes, saying Nebraska is “close.”
Sam McKewon with the Omaha World-Herald shared Jackson’s comments:
Lamar Jackson says Nebraska won the game in every way but the scoreboard. Said Iowa’s win won’t happen again last year.
“We close, you gotta see it, you gotta feel it.” #huskers

Nebraska has now won a total of 13 games over the past three seasons. Can Frost and company take a leap forward in 2020?
