Making his first appearance in The Game after transferring from Georgia, sophomore quarterback Justin Fields is showing why his name is consistently mentioned as a Heisman Trophy candidate.
About halfway through Saturday’s third quarter at Michigan Stadium, however, there was a scary moment for the tens of thousands of Buckeye fans who made the trip. Following a 15-yard completion to senior Austin Mack, Fields remained down on the turf after a low hit from Wolverines sophomore defensive end Aidan Hutchinson.
Our own Paul Harvey shared video of the situation on Twitter:

While Fields was sidelined for six snaps, Chris Chugunov – a West Virginia graduate transfer – manned the controls.
Picking up right where he left off, Fields threw a 30-yard touchdown pass to freshman Garrett Wilson on his first play upon returning to action.
