Joe Burrow has become beloved by two very different fanbases during his college career. Though he decided to leave Ohio State to get the chance to become the starting quarterback at LSU, Ohio State fans still adore the ex-Buckeye.
So those Ohio State fans may also enjoy the fact that Burrow wore a special jersey for LSU’s Senior Night celebration before kicking off against Texas A&M on Saturday night. No, it didn’t have a Buckeyes theme, but instead showed how popular he’s become in Baton Rouge.
Out of the tunnel, Burrow’s jersey read “Burreaux,” putting a French spelling to his last name. It was pretty well received by fans at Tiger Stadium.

Burrow has guided LSU to an 11-0 record and has thrown for over 4,000 yards this season. He’s expected to be the winner of this year’s Heisman Trophy.
Many Buckeye fans are hoping for an Ohio State-LSU matchup in the College Football Playoff.
