Wisconsin needed the final game of the season to secure a trip to Indianapolis, taking down No. 8 Minnesota 38-17 in Minneapolis. That victory got that Badgers to 7-2 in conference play, tying the Gophers’ mark. With the head-to-head win, Wisconsin claims the B1G West crown.

Next Saturday will mark the second matchup of the year between Ohio State and Wisconsin. The Buckeyes had no trouble with the Badgers in Round 1 in Columbus, recording a 38-7 win in late October.

The B1G Championship Game will have a kickoff time of 8:00 p.m. ET and will be aired on FOX. The game is played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

This will mark the third time Ohio State and Wisconsin have met in the B1G Championship Game, with the Buckeyes winning both matchups. OSU rolled to a 59-0 win over the Badgers in 2014 and won the 2017 game 27-21.

Ohio State has appeared in the B1G Championship Game five times and has a 3-1 record. It’s looking to claim its third-straight conference title. Wisconsin is making its sixth trip to Indianapolis and is 2-3 in title games.
