The Game: Ohio State-Michigan delivers huge ratings for FOX, Big Noon Kickoff

When Ohio State is playing at noon, folks across the country are tuning in. That was especially true this weekend, as the Buckeyes traveled to Ann Arbor to play Michigan in The Game.
Sunday, FOX Sports PR tweeted out some impressive ratings accomplishments from Saturday’s rivalry game. Ohio State’s 56-27 win over Michigan drew a 7.5 metered market rating, which resulted in some pretty significant accomplishments.
It was the top-rated game of the day and was the most-watched college football game of the season that aired on FOX. The Game was also the second highest-rated college football contest that aired on any network in 2019.
Big Noon Kickoff also had its best rating of the year.

With Ohio State being the No. 1 team in the country and Michigan playing its best football of the season, many tuned in to see if the Wolverines could spoil the Buckeyes’ undefeated season. Obviously, that wasn’t the case.
Instead, everyone saw why Ohio State is considered by many to be the best, most complete team in college football this season.
