Maryland and Purdue are two teams looking to add a bit of depth heading into next season, and both teams are still in the running for one JUCO offensive lineman.
The player is Johari Branch, an offensive guard for Independence C.C. According to 247 Sports, Branch is the No. 8 JUCO OG for the 2020 class. Branch is listed at 6-foot-3 and 325 lbs.
On Sunday, the big offensive lineman whittled his list of schools down to three, with the Boilermakers and Terrapins still on Branch’s radar. The third school listed was UAB:
