Penn State has received an addition to its 2020 recruiting class.

On Tuesday, punter Levi Forrest announced his commitment to the Nittany Lions. A 6-foot-4, 170-pound prospect out of Richlands, Virginia, Forrest is listed as a two-star punter, according to 247Sports.

Forrest is mentioned as the No. 12 punter in the 2020 class. He made his announcement via Twitter.

“After a great talk with [Coach Joe Lorig] today I’m extremely excited to announce that I have received an offer and committed to Pennsylvania State University,” Forrest wrote.

Forrest becomes the 29th member of the 2020 recruiting class. Penn State’s class currently ranks 15th nationally and third in the B1G. The Early Signing Period runs from Dec. 19 through Dec. 21.

Penn State just concluded the 2019 regular season with a 10-2 record. It’s the third time in four years the program has hit a double-digit win total.
