Greg Schiano this, Greg Schiano that. Rutgers is ecstatic. And, rightfully so.

The last time Rutgers had success was with Schiano leading the way. He’s back. Everyone is looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Powell is in the Class of 2020 and is classified as an athlete from Montvale, New Jersey. He currently holds scholarship offers from Army, Navy, Western Michigan and others.

As Powell wrote on Twitter, he wants to feel comfortable and wanted. He apparently did feel that with Schiano and the Scarlet Knights. Players choose schools for a variety of different reasons.

But, often, it comes down to the relationship a player builds with a coach. When a coaching change happens, numerous recruits are typically affected.
