The opening spreads are out.
On Sunday, the College Football Playoff selection committee announced the four teams who will participate in the semifinal round on Dec. 28. The two matchups will be No. 1 LSU vs. No. 4 Oklahoma in the Peach Bowl; and No. 2 Ohio State vs. No. 3 Clemson in the Fiesta Bowl.
Shortly after the games were announced, the opening spreads for the two matchups were released. LSU and Clemson are the two favorites to play for the national championship.
- No. 1 LSU (-11.5) vs. No. 4 Oklahoma: (O/U 77.5)
- No. 2 Ohio State vs. No. 3 Clemson (-2): (O/U 62)
The Peach Bowl is scheduled for a 4 p.m. ET kickoff on Dec. 28. The Fiesta Bowl will follow at 8 p.m. ET.
The two winners of the semifinal round will meet in New Orleans for the College Football Playoff national championship.
