There are five main All-American teams announced each college football season. One is the Walter Camp All-Americans.
On Thursday night, the First Team was announced:

Seven players from the Big Ten made the First Team:
- C, Tyler Biadasz, Wisconsin
- OL, Tristan Wirfs, Iowa
- RB, Jonathan Taylor, Wisconsin
- DE, Chase Young, Ohio State
- LB, Zack Baun, Wisconsin
- DB, Jeff Okudah, Ohio State
- DB, Antoine Winfield, Minnesota

Each of the players that made First Team All-American honors obviously had a significant impact on this college football season. Some of these players have won other national awards this season, like Taylor winning the Doak Walker Award and Young winning the Bednarik Award — given to the country’s top running back and defensive player, respectively.
