The odds weren’t in Sam Foltz’s favor when he had his leg landed on in the season opener against BYU.
But the initial fear of a broken leg proved not to be true, and he returned to form enough to earn B1G Punter of the Year honors.
The odds weren’t in the Nebraska punter’s favor on Friday night when he returned home to Grand Island, Neb. and got one crack at a half-court shot.
But that was all he needed:
