The Badgers have actually cruised into the title game, making easy work of their first few opponents in the NCAA Tournament. Wisconsin defeated Illinois State 3-0 in the opening round and then went on to beat UCLA, No. 13 Texas A&M and No. 5 Nebraska in straight sets to get into the Final Four.
The Badgers then lost their first set of the entire tournament in the very first set against No. 1 Baylor. But, the B1G team bounced back by winning the next three.
The 2019 championship between Wisconsin and Stanford is set for an 8 p.m. ET start on Saturday, Dec. 21. The match will be televised on ESPN2.
