The Greg Schiano era is rolling once again at Rutgers with his first Early Signing Period wrapping up.

The ESP started on Wednesday as Schiano and the Scarlet Knights are working to rebuild the program. It will not be easy, but Schiano and his staff have worked well in a short amount of time.

In total, Rutgers signed 16 players during the ESP, according to 247 Sports. Among those, 10 are from New Jersey as Schiano works to keep some of the state’s top talent at home.

On Friday, Rutgers Football dropped a video giving a behind the scenes look at Schiano’s work and the Early Signing Day from Wednesday.

Hopefully, the 2020 class proves to be a turning point for Rutgers after a string of losing seasons.
