A young Los Angeles Chargers fan may have a new favorite player after a recent visit with the team.

This week, a young Chargers fan named Christian had the opportunity to meet the players on his favorite team, thanks to the Living the Dream Foundation. Christian, who recently had the opportunity to experience his “Dream Day,” is battling Cystic Fibrosis and spent over six months in a hospital.

While Christian was with the team, running back Justin Jackson had a special gift prepared. He handed the youngster a pair of custom cleats, which he later signed for Christian.

Below is the video of Jackson surprising Christian with those cleats.

It’s another awesome gesture during the holiday season. And it serves as a constant reminder that there’s so much more to life than football.

Jackson is in his second season with the Chargers and has appeared in six games this season, taking 28 carries for 189 yards. He also has nine catches for 22 yards.

This was a day Christian will remember for quite some time, and Jackson is a big reason behind it.
