With Vikings loss to Packers, Kirk Cousins now owns worst Monday Night Football record in NFL history

Kirk Cousins made history on Monday night, but not the kind of history an NFL quarterback wants to be remembered for making.
Monday night, the Minnesota Vikings lost 23-10 to the Green Bay Packers in an NFC North battle. With the loss, Cousins fell to 0-9 all-time in Monday Night Football games. That record is the worst for any starting quarterback in NFL history.
Not exactly the best way to go down in history.

Cousins finished the game completing 16-of-31 pass attempts for 122 yards, a touchdown and an interception. This was the second time the Vikings have lost on Monday Night Football this season, falling 37-30 to Seattle on Dec. 2.
In that loss earlier this month, Cousins completed 22-of-38 passes for 276 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.
Cousins has been knocked around throughout his career for his inability to win some of the bigger games. His Monday Night Football suggests that the criticism isn’t exactly misplaced. Still, Minnesota is 10-5 this year and has clinched a berth in the NFL Playoffs in the Wild Card Round.
