Malik Harrison’s first interception of the season came in the Senior Bowl.

In the second quarter of the Senior Bowl on Saturday afternoon, South quarterback Jalen Hurts took a hit while trying to complete a deep pass. The ball hung in the air for quite awhile, allowing the former Ohio State linebacker time to make a play. Harrison leaped into the air and won the jump ball to record the interception.

Harrison has registered just one interception throughout his college career, with that coming during the 2018 season. Below is clip of Harrison’s big play:

Harrison was a valuable member of Ohio State’s defense this season, totaling 16.5 tackles for loss, breaking up four passes and recovering a fumble. He ended the year with 75 total stops.

Ohio State finished the season 13-1, winning the B1G and making an appearance in the College Football Playoff.
