A Houston basketball player was ejected from Saturday’s game against Cincinnati after officials determined he bit an opposing player in the game against Cincinnati.
Dejon Jarreau was scrambling for a loose ball and was surrounded by several Cincinnati players while trying to regain possession. While diving on the floor, it appears that Jarreau bit one of the player’s calves. Officials then tossed him from the game for his action.

Jarreau left the game after playing for 26 minutes, scoring five points, dishing six assists and grabbing four rebounds. Cincinnati defeated No. 21 Houston 64-62.
After the game, Houston head coach Kelvin Sampson told reporters, “There was no bite. That was an alleged bite.”
It will be interesting to see if the AAC steps in and hands down further punishment to Jarreau for the incident.
