Darius Latham is in trouble again.

According to multiple reports, the former Indiana defensive tackle was arrested Tuesday night for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The Indianapolis Star’s Zach Osterman was the first to report Latham’s arrest.

The Herald-Times’ Mike Miller reported that Latham was pulled over for driving without headlights.

Latham declared for the NFL draft after his third season in Bloomington. The Indianapolis native was suspended twice during the regular season for violating team rules.

On the field, he had 33 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and four sacks, which was good enough for All-B1G honorable mention honors.

It remains to be seen how this will impact Latham’s draft stock. He competed in the NFL Scouting Combine last month and his still scheduled to participate in IU’s Pro Day on April 1.
