CBS Sports unveils top 10 B1G players for 2020 season

Should the 2020 season get played without a hitch, the B1G will be home to a number of playmakers to keep an eye on.

Offensively, Ohio State QB Justin Fields will try to improve on a 2019 season that saw him finish as a Heisman Finalist. Fields has been impressive throwing the ball and as a rusher and will try to terrorize defenses once again.

Defensively, Penn State LB Micah Parsons will be one standout to watch after a strong year last season saw him finish with 109 tackles as a consensus All American.

On Tuesday, Tom Fornelli with CBS Sports released his list of the top 10 players to watch in the B1G this season with Fields and Parsons headlining the list. Some of the selections were surprising, but this is an undeniably star-studded list.

• No. 8 – Tanner Morgan, QB, Minnesota
• No. 9 – George Karlaftis, DE, Purdue
• No. 10 – Journey Brown, RB, Penn State
