Thomas has Michigan and Penn State making the cut. As it stands, Michigan’s 2021 class ranks No. 8 in the country and No. 2 in the B1G, while Penn State’s is No. 25 and No. 7, respectively.
Michigan currently has two four-star receivers verbally committed for 2021 alongside another three-star pass-catcher. As for Penn State, the Nittany Lions currently have no wide receivers committed.
