Not only is college football officially back, the very fun and weird things that come along with the season have also returned. Even if it’s in a limited-capacity stadium.
On Saturday, one of the first games of the day featured Middle Tennessee taking on Army in West Point, giving the Black Knights an early-season home game. The cadets in attendance — yes, they were permitted to attend — had quite a bit of fun dressing up in mascot uniforms for the game.
At one point, they were even having a miniature parade in the bleachers at Michie Stadium. Below is the video, shared by ESPN:

There was plenty for the cadets to celebrate on Saturday afternoon. Army owned a 21-0 lead over Middle Tennessee at the end of the first half. The Knights also enjoyed a 35-0 advantage in the third quarter.
Welcome back, college football.
