College GameDay will be back on the road in Week 2. Now, we know where it will be headed.
Saturday night, the popular ESPN pregame show announced that it will be hitting the road and traveling to bourbon country, making a stop in Louisville, Kentucky. The game will highlight next weekend’s ACC showdown between Miami and Louisville.
Both teams are 1-0 heading into the matchup following nonconference wins in Week 1. The Hurricanes defeated UAB 31-14 and the Cardinals downed Western Kentucky 35-21.

GameDay made its first campus appearance on Saturday. It highlighted the Week 1 meeting between No. 1 Clemson and Wake Forest in Winston-Salem. The Tigers cruised to a 37-13 victory to start 1-0.
The popular pregame show looks much different this year. Not only have fans not been permitted for the traditional, electrifying backdrop, show mainstay Lee Corso has been working from home rather than traveling with the crew.
Still, it’s been a great way to kickoff the college football weekend.
