Sunday was not a good day for three former B1G stars.

Former Ohio State players Nick Bosa (DE) and Parris Campbell (WR) and former Penn State running back Saquon Barkley all suffered injuries on Sunday, Week 2 of the NFL. All three were either carted or carried off the field due to the nature of their injuries.

Bosa is a star defensive end with the San Francisco 49ers and was the league’s Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2019. Barkley, a running back with the New York Giants was the league’s Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2018, and Campbell has been one of the top receiving threats for the Indianapolis Colts.

It’s currently unknown the nature of the injuries for the three players, so hopefully there’s a short recovery time to see all back on the field soon.

Bosa, Barkley and Campbell have all been key players for their respective franchises. Bosa and Barkley are former first-round selections while Campbell was a second-round pick.
