The College GameDay set looked a little different on Saturday. It had already been without Lee Corso, who has been chipping in from his home in Orlando, but Kirk Herbstreit also joined the show remotely this week after coming into contact with the COVID-19 virus.

While Hebstreit would’ve rather been on set in Miami, previewing Saturday night’s rivalry game between Florida State and Miami, the longtime analyst was able to take advantage of filming from his home.

Herbstreit had a pretty good look on the show, in his tradition suit and tie. But when the camera panned out and showed Herbstreit’s full look, he was wearing a comfortable pair of gym shorts for the show.

Yes, even for Herbie, comfort trumps all. And, obviously, it’s become the go-to move for meetings and presentations during quarantine, so the college football analyst isn’t alone in this look.

Herbstreit did say that he tested negative for COVID-19, but wanted to be as safe as possible. Hopefully, he’ll be able to return to the set next week.
