It is not a good time to be a part of the Las Vegas Raiders.
This week has been particularly busy for the Raiders and head coach Jon Gruden. Unfortunately, it has been busy due to a number of fines thrown their way by the NFL.
Gruden and the team received fines this week related to not wearing masks during their game against the New Orleans Saints. The two separate fines come out to $350,000 total against Gruden and Las Vegas.
On Saturday, another fine was reportedly handed down to the Raiders, this time related to Las Vegas allowing a non-credentialed employee inside the locker room. According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, that fine is $50,000, bringing the total amount of fines handed down this week to $400,000.
Add this $50K fine to no-mask fines for Jon Gruden ($100K for Gruden, $250K for the team) and video of players at an indoor charity event with players not wearing masks… and it’s not good. https://t.co/mr4H8DRgd8
