There won’t be any fans permitted at Purdue’s season-opener vs. Iowa on Saturday, but a few of the most famous Boilermakers will still be represented.
On Friday afternoon, the school showed off some cardboard cutouts of Tyler Trent, Joe Tiller and other Purdue legends that will be present for the game on Saturday.

Also spotted amongst the celebrities: Neil Armstrong, Orville Redenbacher, Amelia Earhart, amongst others.

Head coach Jeff Brohm is also featured, as he will not be able to attend the game on the sidelines due to a positive COVID-19 test. Brohm’s request to communicate remotely with his staff during the game was denied by the Big Ten.
Purdue and Iowa are scheduled to kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on the Big Ten Network.
