There could be something special brewing in Bloomington.
Indiana is currently leading Penn State 17-7 at halftime in a game in-which the Nittany Lions were favored by nearly a touchdown.
Running back Stevie Scott has been the star for the Hoosiers, rushing for a pair of impressive touchdowns already.
Indiana’s defense has also been impactful. Penn State quarterback Sean Clifford threw a pair of first-half interceptions — one to Jamar Johnson and the other to Jaylin Williams.
Offensively, the Nittany Lions have been pounding the rock to very little overall success. In the first half, they averaged just 3.3 yards per carry on 25 attempts.
Penn State’s performance was surprising enough that former pass rusher Micah Parsons, who opted out of the season, shared his thoughts.
Yoo wtf is going on!!

Penn State also missed a chip-shot field goal as time expired at the end of the first half.
If Indiana can pull off the upset, it would be just their second win over Penn State in program history. The last one came in 2013 and PSU leads the overall series record 22-1.
