Purdue WR David Bell is scorching hot to start the 2020 season

David Bell is once again playing without Rondale Moore by his side, but Bell did not waste any time hitting his stride in 2020.
The young receiver who burst onto the scene with 86 catches last season was expected to play alongside Moore and lead a Boilermakers passing attack full of potential. Unfortunately, Moore is out for Week 1 due to an undisclosed reason.
Though missing Moore is not ideal, it has not slowed down Bell at all. He is once again in the lead receiver role and continues to thrive no matter who he is facing.
Going up against Iowa, Bell has torched the Hawkeye defense throughout the first half. He already has nine catches and both Purdue touchdowns to help the Boilermakers keep the score close at 17-14.

Hopefully Bell can keep the Boilermakers in this one until the very end.
