Gusts of wind are causing lots of problems in several NFL games this weekend.
That’s especially true for kickers. Just ask Las Vegas’ Daniel Carlson:

Doink!
The winds in Cleveland are north of 30 miles per hour, so anything through the air might be tough to come by today.
Both quarterbacks in this matchup struggled in the first half. Derek Carr completed 8-of-16 passes for 68 yards while Baker Mayfield was 5-of-10 for 40 yards. The Raiders lead 6-3 at the half thanks to a pair of short field goals (29 and 33) by Carlson.
This is an important game for the AFC playoff picture. With a win, the Browns would be 6-2 and very competitive in the AFC North and for one of the seven playoff slots. The Raiders would move to 4-3 with a win and would also be in the mix for a postseason berth.
