Indiana DB Jamar Johnson ejected from game vs Michigan

Indiana has been dealt a huge blow on the defensive side of the ball.
Defensive back Jamar Johnson has been ejected from Saturday’s game against Michigan late in the first quarter. He was dealt an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty and ejected after a confrontation with Michigan WR Ronnie Bell.
Johnson was ejected for throwing a punch at Bell:
Ronnie Bell and Jamar Johnson involved in some afters. Unsportsmanlike conduct on Johnson, who threw a punch and has been ejected. That is huge. #iufb

The penalty also proved big for that Michigan drive. The Wolverines scored soon after on a big play:

Johnson is definitely a big loss defensively as he has 15 tackles, including 2.5 for loss, and an interception in 2020. Hopefully the Hoosiers are able to make up for his absence.
