There are elite quarterback numbers, and then there is what Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields is doing right now.

Through three games, Fields has the same number of incompletions as he does touchdown passes. Yes, you read that correctly. The same number of incompletions as touchdowns.

So far, the tally is 11 touchdown passes and 11 incompletions. That is incredible and almost unheard of. He’s been just incredible so far in his Buckeye career. It’s been fun to watch.

On Saturday night, Fields completed 24-of-28 pass attempts for 314 yards and 5 touchdowns. He also rushed for a score in Ohio State’s 49-27 victory over Clemson.

For the year, Fields has completed 79-of-90 passes for 908 yards and 11 touchdowns. The Buckeyes are 3-0 with wins over Nebraska, Penn State and Rutgers. Fields has also accounted for 2 rushing touchdowns.

Fields already was on Heisman Watch. The hype just keeps growing.
