One of the top players in the recruiting class of 2022, five-star defensive end Enai White has had an onslaught of college programs knocking on his door, or maybe in today’s world they would be texting his cell phone.
The 6-foot-5, 230 junior from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has offers from over 30 schools, and had planned to release a top 10 list for his 18th birthday. In an announcement on Twitter, White indicated he has expanded his list to include 13 programs.
From the B1G, Ohio State and Penn State have been listed as possible options.
The Imhotep Institute High School product’s full list of programs includes LSU, Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Oregon, Ole Miss, Texas, USC and Miami, in addition to OSU and Penn State.
White indicated a hashtag – #stillsearching – so stay tuned for a final announcement when one his decision is finally made.
Per 247SPorts, White ranks as the No. 25 overall prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He’s the No. 2 weak-side defensive end and the No. 1 player out of the state of Pennsylvania.
