After Michigan’s devastating loss at home to Wisconsin on Saturday, the seat Jim Harbaugh is in is beyond hot right now.
Speculation is piling up across the country as who will replace Harbaugh come season’s end. But for now, Harbaugh is tasked with trying to turn around a Wolverine squad that’s 1-3 and looked beyond lifeless against the Badgers inside the Big House.
Less than 48 hours after Saturday’s historically bad loss, Harbaugh had his regularly scheduled Monday press conference.
One of the places Wolverine fans may be clamoring for change is at the quarterback position. Joe Milton has fallen down significantly from his impressive performance in Week 1 against Minnesota.

From a big-picture standpoint, Harbaugh has to worry about keeping his entire team engaged on this season as Michigan sits at 1-3 and appears to be looking at a lost season.

This week, Michigan travels to Rutgers. Normally, this would be considered a slam dunk for the Wolverines. But in 2020 with Harbaugh’s squad where it’s at, it’s hard to make any game seem like an easy win at this point.
Jim Harbaugh: "In so many areas, they've stepped it up greatly. They look very physical, fast, they execute very well on both sides of the ball. The running back is still very good and have even gotten better. We're gonna have to play good in order to be successful."
