DeRon Hayes had a solid basketball career while at Penn State, but the sky is the limit for his son Killian.

Killian’s father, DeRon, played for the Nittany Lions from 1989-93, developing into a three-year starter along the way. Hayes finished his Penn State career with averages of 12.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game.
The elder Hayes went undrafted out of Penn State before going on to play in France for a number of years. Now, his son Killian enters the NBA as a lottery selection with a shot to put up some special performances on the big stage.
