Heading into the weekend, Fox Sports College Football analyst Joel Klatt has come out with his Top-10 college football teams, with a trio of B1G teams making the grade.

Looking at Klatt’s top four, with a loss to Notre Dame, and having last week off, Clemson sits in the No. 4 spot, with Notre Dame at No. 3.

“I don’t think (Notre Dame) is as good or as dominant as Ohio State or Alabama,” Klatt said of the Irish.

That leaves his top two spots for No. 2 Ohio State and No. 1 Alabama, and not much commentary is necessary to explain that. Both the Buckeyes and the Crimson Tide have been dominant to start this season.

From the B1G, Indiana and Wisconsin also made the cut, giving the league the claim to holding the most spots of the ten, with three.

At No. 7 Wisconsin “was incredibly impressive. Everyone was wondering ‘Is Michigan gonna bounce back, and is this long layoff going to hurt Wisconsin?’…(The Badgers) rolled out there and just thumped the Wolverines,” explained Klatt.

Then at No. 8, Klatt sees an Indiana that “continue[s] to play unbelievable football, how bout that defense by the way?”

Of teams on Klatt’s list, Ohio State and Indiana will square off in a huge Week 5 showdown. It will be interesting to see how that result changes Klatt’s rankings.
